We collect only what is needed to sell you a file and send it to you: your email address, your purchase record, and the basic billing details our payment processor requires.

Payments are handled by our payment processor. Card numbers never touch our servers and we never store them. Your email address is used to deliver your download link and your receipt.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent. Analytics, where used, are aggregate and do not identify you individually.

You may request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by writing to hello@bowlbloom.com. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to retain for tax purposes.
